Thesis defense

3rd year PhD students who can defend their thesis before the end of the calendar year do not need to apply for a derogation for additional registration in 4th year. However, they must submit their request for authorization to present their thesis to the ED office before October 15.
If the thesis has been in progress for more than 36 months, and in addition to the documents required for this request, an attestation of funding up to the defence must be included.
